Return Eligibility 


We accept requests for returns, replacements, or refunds only under the following circumstances: 

 You received a damaged product.  
 You received an incorrect product.  
 Your order was incomplete.  
 The product has a verified manufacturing defect.  

To be eligible, the issue must be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. 



Products Not Eligible for Return 


Due to hygiene, safety, and quality standards, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged. 


Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

 Perfume bottles that have been opened or used.  
 Products with broken or removed seals.  
 Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.  
 Products returned without their original packaging.  
 Orders placed incorrectly by the customer.  
 Orders cancelled due to change of mind after dispatch.  
 Products returned because the customer did not like the fragrance, longevity, projection, or personal scent preference.  

As fragrances are personal-use products, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions before placing an order. 



Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. 

To help us investigate your request promptly, kindly provide: 

 Your Order Number  
 Clear photographs of the outer shipping package  
 Clear photographs of the product received  
 A brief description of the issue  

Our support team will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution. 



Replacement Policy 

Where applicable, Paris Corner India may offer a replacement instead of a refund. 
Replacement requests may be approved if: 

 The wrong product was delivered.  
 The product was damaged during transit.  
 A verified manufacturing defect is identified.  

Replacement requests are subject to product availability. 

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution at our discretion. 



Refund Process 

Once your return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during the purchase. 

The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution. 




Order Cancellation 

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched from our 
warehouse. 

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible. 

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order. 




Refused or Undelivered Orders 

If a shipment is returned because: 

 The delivery was refused without valid reason,  
 The customer was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts,  
 An incorrect or incomplete address was provided,  

Paris Corner India reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges before processing any eligible refund. 



Important Information About Fragrances 

Fragrance is a highly personal experience. 

Individual perception of scent, longevity, projection, and performance may vary depending on skin chemistry, climate, storage conditions, and personal preference. 

For this reason, perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned solely because the customer did not like the fragrance or expected a different performance.
 
If you are unsure about a fragrance before purchasing, our customer support team will be happy to assist you in selecting a suitable fragrance.
